I studied religiously the SAS Certification Prep Guide: Advanced Programming for SAS 9, Second Edition, which as published by the SAS Institute.. Its available in the google books..
There is a older (free) version of this book which is available in: http://web.utk.edu/sas/OnlineTutor/1.2/en/60477/paths.htm
